Error:
When requesting SetDisappearingChat in a group as an administrator, the error "NotGroupAdminError: you have to be group admin to change settings" occurs

Required:
Requires that the SetDisappearingChat method be executed as a group administrator

Level:

Workaround:
1. Request SetDisappearingChat in the group as the group owner
2. Set the disappearing messages timer manually on the device
